I Can't Stop Facilitating

In every startup I’ve been a part of, I’ve taken on a public speaking or facilitation roles. Naturally.

At Sprinklr, I co-facilitated our weekly Sales Best Practices call. It was a Friday morning 30-minute internal podcast style that went over win stories and competitive intelligence.

At Procore, I led our monthly Revenue All Hands. It was a global meeting that, at first, focused just on Sales but expanded to all customer-facing teams. We’ve hosted it out of the Carpinteria P4 building and in the Austin office while broadcasting it across all our global locations and remote teams.

At CreatorIQ, I led our weekly Sales Team Meeting. That was part of my remit. But in my last six months with the company, I took our weekly All Company Meeting that happened every Wednesday afternoon. This meeting quickly became a highlight for me.

The common thread— I undoubtedly enjoy leading meetings because I believe in the power of a well orchestrated time to inspire, teach, and bring people together.

And I’m great at it.

Twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern.
